Mimoru is a digital gifting platform that allows users to create personalized digital gifts containing memories, photos, stories, letters, reasons, future plans, and other meaningful content for friends, family members, or loved ones.
Creators can securely share gifts with recipients using a unique Gift Code and Secret Code.

When you use Mimoru, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

- Google account information
- Profile photo
- Gift title and occasion
- Recipient information that you choose to provide

- Other content that you upload into your gifts
You should only upload information that you have permission to share.
2.2 Authentication Information
Creators can sign in using Google Sign-In.
During authentication, we may receive:
- Google account ID
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
We do not receive or store your Google account password.
Recipients can generally access gifts using a Gift Code and Secret Code and are not required to create a Mimoru account.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you use Mimoru, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Language settings
- IP address, where provided by our services
- Crash logs
- Performance diagnostics
- Anonymous analytics, if enabled

Although we use reasonable security measures to protect your information, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your information may be securely stored or processed using trusted third-party service providers, including:
- Google — authentication services
- Supabase — database and backend services
- Cloudinary — image and media storage
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable security standards.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or may be retained where required by applicable law.

- Maintain account functionality
